Perishable – Live Bait Items

We take great pride in the quality of our worms and the service we provide. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If live worms are ordered by mistake and dispatched before notifying us, unfortunately, it will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Worms may appear sluggish after transit, especially if exposed to higher temperatures. Please store them in a cool, dark place to allow them to recover.

If you are still dissatisfied with the quality of the live bait, we request that you take pictures or videos of the product and email them to info@thewormman.co.uk. If we determine that the quality of the bait was compromised during transit, we will issue a refund or credit. We may also request that the item be returned before any replacements or refunds are made.

Non-Perishable Items

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please Note:

We will not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is not complete for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@thewormman.co.uk and we will arrange this with you.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, please send it to us at: 21 Lytham Road, Broadstone, Dorset BH18 8JW. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the order received was incorrect or faulty. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
